New PPA Report Highlights How Speed Cameras Make Philadelphia’s Streets Safer

The Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) has released the annual report about their Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) program. The City works closely with them to make Philadelphia’s streets safer. PPA is an important partner in our Vision Zero goal of eliminating traffic deaths.

City’s $9.3 million in TASA funds to improve safety infrastructure across Philadelphia

his month, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that the City of Philadelphia will receive more than $5.3 million in funding for infrastructure improvements and education programs. The funds are part of the 2025 Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA) of the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) Surface Block Grant Program.
