We are proud that we can measure success in 2025 through reduced fatalities across all modes of travel. We have achieved Vision Zero successes across all our focus areas, Safer Streets & Speeds, Safer People, Safer Vehicles, Safety Data, and Safety Policy. Our path forward is formed by Mayor Cherelle L. Parker’s commitment found in the Vision Zero Executive Order Goals. Ultimately, these combined measures constitute the path to our ultimate goal – zero traffic deaths in Philadelphia. Alongside the annual report, a new Fatal and Serious Injury Crashes dashboard has been released and we have updated the Underserved Communities (UC) Metrics. The crash dashboard is a interactive tool that makes it easier to understand severe crash trends across the city. The Vision Zero Action Plan 2030 includes a commitment to track demographic disparities in exposure to severe crashes. The updated UC metrics show that disparities remain across race and ethnicity and underserved communities.
